CHARMING PROPERTIES was created after having lived in Spain for over 40 years when I eventually moved to Andalusia in 1992. I never looked back. I grew to love the beautiful mountainous scenery, the close by sunny beaches along with the lovely people and their way of life. Living in Andalusia was an amazing step forward for me and became my real home. The traditional design of the village houses and cottages intrigued me so much it became my new way of life.
