Restaurant La Fructuosa

The cuisine of La Fructuosa has received a new inflection since the arrival of Javier Ruiz Vargas in the kitchen. Our chef, with his international experience on three continents, is always in search of the best local products and makes his culinary creations a delight for all the senses.

We have a spectacular roof terrace on the top floor of the hotel which our guests or other visitors may book for private dinners or cocktail parties. Here you will have “the best views in Europe”, in the words of the Sunday Times (21 January, 2018).

La Fructuosa organises regular live music events where a variety of local and international artists perform jazz, blues, classical, flamenco and pop music. During the high season we host weekly music evenings outside on the terrace; and in the winter, we hold tasting dinners followed by concerts on a monthly basis.

We are at your disposal for the organisation of meals and family celebrations, with friends or for companies.
