Cool, comfortable modern house with spacious bedrooms, above-ground pool and beautiful views. This is a great location for a wonderful holiday with family and friends. Just a short walk into the little village of Estación de Cortes de la Frontera where there are bars/restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and the local train station. In the bigger village of Cortes, you’ll find even more amenities and you are also just an hour’s drive from the coast. All in all, perfect!

This house is beautifully laid out with a large open plan kitchen/living room boasting a fully-equipped modern kitchen at one end and a cosy seating area with wood-burner at the other. You will also find a pantry, a laundry room, a WC and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (one en-suite), another twin room and a spacious bathroom. The house is cool in summer because of its excellent insulation and cosy in the winter with underfloor heating throughout as well as the wood-burner in the living room.

The whole house is for you to enjoy as well as the spacious front garden with its covered terrace with table and chairs for enjoying a meal outdoors. There is also a barbecue, an overground pool with sun loungers and plenty of space for kids to run around!
