The Chacina Fair is held every year in Benaoján, in the Serranía de Ronda, a town known for its traditional industrial sector for the transformation of meat products that, for more than a hundred years, supplies both national and international markets.
In the run up to Christmas, traders offer their artesan products including the chacinas and sausages, sweets, breads, preserves, honey and desserts.
The day is a good opportunity to participate in the tastings, such as fried loin and sun-dried chorizo (sausages).
