Andalucía Country Houses, a British-run estate agency, established in the late 1990s is moving into the Serranía de Ronda in June.
The company has acquired premises in Montejaque, just off the Plaza de la Constitución, and will be offering its services to property owners, property seekers and renters.
The directors of ACH are Karen Pedrazzini, Victoria Pedrazzini and Geoffrey Banham. Local resident Paul Whitelock will be working under the Andalucia Country houses name as their local affiliate agent in the area.
The company’s website informs us that this family-owned estate agency has been selling country properties and traditional village houses in some of the most beautiful areas of inland Andalucía to clients from all over the world since the late 1990s.
