Christmas Quiz – Stop Press

We have received feedback about the price of the quiz. Lots of families are struggling financially as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, so we are dropping the price to 5€.

The new arrangements are as follows:

• The quiz will start at 2pm on the dot on 28 December at the Hotel Palacete de Mañara, Montejaque.
• Teams can be a maximum of 4 personas.
• Mobile phones are banned, for obvious reasons.
• Tickets are 5€ per person.
• Our hosts at the hotel will not offer a free drink on arrival.
• Nor will they provide a free snack at half time.
• The normal hotel menu will be available throughout the afternoon and participants will simply pay for the drinks and food they order.
• There will be just one prize of 50% of the take, eg. 80€ if we are full.
• We are also hoping to have a few runners-up prizes donated by local residents and businesses.

We hope you feel that this is more in keeping with the difficult times we are experiencing.
