The Junta de Andalucia’s Ministry of Health and Families reports that 723 new cases of Covid-19 coronavirus have been confirmed in the region in the past 24 hours. They bring the total number infected by the virus to 5,405. Of those admitted, 216 remain in intensive care beds. The number of deaths has risen to 236 while 455 patients have been discharged from hospital and 155 patients are reported to have been cured.
